Configure the context menu

• Release 5 uses UIX v2 for the New Desktop; use the legacy UIX v1 package only if Classic Desktop is required

• Ensure connection string and (if applicable) Web API are configured first

• Insert records into MFContextMenu to expose actions for target user groups
